Asset Management (AMIC) founder George Robb is attempting to retake control of the split capital trust from which he was ousted last year. Robb, a founder of Aberdeen Asset Management, left the board of the specialist trust in December. Now he and two others are seeking election to the AMIC board, in place of the existing directors, at an EGM on 8 June.
