Jason Britton has added Standard Life's Equity Investment Trust to his T.Bailey Equity Income fund of funds to provide stability against a tough market background. Britton said the trust, run by Karen Robertson, takes fixed income positions when the outlook for the UK market is less optimistic. Robertson also manages SLI's UK Equity High Income fund, which features in Britton's top 10 holdings on the Equity Income Fof.
