Massow Rainbow Group has launched a stakeholder plan for same-sex partners, called the Freedom Pension. The scheme utilises changes in pension legislation which were brought in for stakeholder, to allow members to nominate their partners to receive pension benefits on their death, before or after retirement, regardless of their sex or marital status, and without having to prove financial dependency.
