The £81.5m Govett Strategic investment trust is to be wound up, with investors given a choice of receiving shares in Anthony Bolton's £161m Fidelity Special Values (FSV) investment trust and/or to receive cash. In order to determine the entitlement of shareholders to FSV shares, a value equal to 99.75% of the formula asset value (FAV) of a Govett Strategic share will be used. FSV shares will be issued to electing shareholders at a premium of 3.25% to the diluted net asset value (NAV) of FSV.
