All funds invested in the UK equity market had achieved positive three-month returns for the first time in more than a year. According to Standard & Poor's, over the three months to 19 May 2003, the average returns across all the IMA sectors were positive with the exception of Japan and Index Bear. However, managers were divided over whether the equity market rally can be sustained.
