Ex-Unicorn head Peter Webb is lining up a micro-cap offering for his industry return, most likely as a limited partnership structure. The group's founder, Webb resigned from his role as director and chief executive last week, although he retains a near 30% shareholding. Webb also remains non-executive chairman of FinnCap and still sees a merger with this business and Unicorn as possible.
