Axa Multimanager was to manage £600m of Bradford & Bingley's Isa and Pep assets through an Oeic structure called Axa Select. The fund offered investors two multi-manager discretionary portfolios or sub-funds, Axa Select Growth and Axa Select Income. Among the managers selected for the funds were Merrills' Steve Thompson and JPMF's Andrew Spencer, both of whom have since left their respective employers.
