Credit Suisse Asset Management has altered the investment policy on its ethical unit trust to give it a slightly broader universe of stocks. The fellowship fund will now try to keep a closer eye on companies which are excluded from its investment remit but which are close to qualifying for its universe. Suzie Kemp, fund manager of Credit Suisse Fellowship, will write to companies which are otherwise ethically attractive but which are involved in activities which preclude the fund from investing in them.
