Dominic Rossi is to leave his head of equities post at Threadneedle to become CIO at Gartmore. He was responsible for all equity products at Threadneedle and ran the Latin American fund until 2004, passing the mandate to Jules Mort. Under Rossi, the now £962m vehicle was AAA-rated by Standard and Poor's. He has been at Threadneedle for 11 years. CIO Sarah Arkle will take over as head of equities in the interim.
