Invesco Perpetual is making changes to its offshore range including a proposed merger of two global portfolios and the closure of a US dollar currency offering. The suggested merger is between the Invesco GT Worldwide Dynamic Theme fund, managed by Ian Carstairs out of Henley, and the GT Global Value portfolio, managed out of Atlanta by Erik Granade. The merger will take place on 1 October this year, subject to shareholder approval.
