Rutley Capital Partners is launching two property vehicles focused on real estate in Africa and India. The investment division of Knight Frank is also looking at bringing a Latin American vehicle and UK agricultural land fund to investors. Rutley's managing partner Nick Burnell said: "These are all parts of the world where Knight Frank has a strong office on the ground." The Indian and African vehicles will be Guernsey domiciled and seven-year closed-ended funds, launching by the end of 2008.
