Insight’s former property arm, Invista European Real Estate Trust Limited, is to list on the London Stock Exchange seeking to raise £166.2m. The Luxembourg-domiciled trust announced today its initial public offering and intention to list on the market. For retail investors, shares allotted in the public offer will be eligible for transfer into an Isa, Pep, SSAS or Sipp. The minimum investment for retail investors is £2,000.
