The fund management arm of Arlington Securities has been rebranded Goodman Property Investors, as the Macquarie Goodman group consolidates its international businesses. The rebrand follows Macquarie Goodman’s expansion into the European and UK markets. Arlington has been part of the global property group since December 2005. The Goodman Property Investors division has been created for Goodman’s investment and fund management business, previously the investment arm of Arlington Securities.
