Thames River has spoken out to reassure investors it is not heavily exposed to Lehman Brothers or AIG. The group said it has received numerous requests regarding counterparty exposures since the banking sector went in to meltdown this week. It said its Lehman Brothers exposure is extremely limited. “The firm’s single manager funds’ and traditional funds’ exposure to Lehmans is extremely limited and none of our funds has a prime brokerage relationship with Lehmans,” said the group. “Our records indicate the only direct or indirect exposure of those funds is Hillside Apex fund which h...
