Julius Baer is adding a Defender fund to its UK-based Absolute Return Bond fund range. Managed by Tim Haywood and Daniel Sheard of Augustus Asset Managers Limited, it will combine Julius Baer's current investment strategy with an added focus on a reduced risk profile. The fund will invest in worldwide bonds with varied maturities, credit ratings, currencies and financial derivatives with an aim of achieving sustained, positive returns irregardless of market fluctuations.
