The FTSE 100 is reversing some of yesterday's strong gains in early trading this morning, shedding 13.07 points, or 0.31%, to 4230.64. The banking sector's spike yesterday saw Barclays climb to its highest level since early October, but this morning the bank is down 2.49% to 274.50p. Insurers are also struggling early, with Old Mutual slipping 1.9% to 67p and Standard Life down 1.94% to 186.60p. However, Royal Bank of Scotland Group has added 4.78% to 43.80p, continuing its rally from yesterday when it sold a 50% stake in its Spanish insurer and gained nearly 14% on its share price. ...
