JPMorgan is launching a split capital investment trust as the successor vehicle to the JPMorgan Fleming Income & Growth Investment Trust. The JPMorgan Income & Growth Investment Trust (JIGIT) will be a closed-ended investment company incorporated in England with a fixed life to 30 November 2016. Existing shareholders are able to rollover their investment into JIGIT and new investors will have the opportunity to invest.
