Norwich Union has made four acquisitions on its European Property fund totalling €140m. The vehicle has reached €400m just six months after launch. T he four additions to the portfolio are located in Paris, Madrid, Amsterdam and Mannheim. Manager Julian Taylor one of the challenges facing such funds is to keep up with the investment inflows. “Having completed over €200m of deals in less than six months and with a further €200 million currently in exclusive due diligence, we are confident that we can continue to keep up with the great demand this fund is generating,” he added.
