In the four years since Honor Solomon joined L&G Investment Management as head of retail, EMEA, she has restructured the team, ensured the group has progressed in diversifying its product range and client base, as well as leading the firm's diversity initiative, the L&G Inclusion Team (LGIT).  She says she took a "massive risk" when taking on the role but appears to have made significant improvements to the firm, sitting in what is a male-dominated industry.
