Utilising technology is crucial to running a competitive intermediary business because it saves time, helps to analyse a client's needs and reduces costs

For some time now industry experts have been advocating the adoption of technology as the way for intermediaries to make their lives easier - a way to streamline processes, cut costs and improve customer service. While there is little doubt that this is true, if intermediaries are to reap the full benefits of technology, they need to focus on two things.
