Since mid-2007, UK commercial property capital values have fallen by around 15% and our latest research suggests continued caution in the near term. However, we expect the market to become fairly priced over the next few months, bottom over the next 12 months and perform well from mid-2009 onwards. European property has proved far more resilient to valuation declines over the last 12 months than the UK. This has partly been due to the European market not having experienced the same level of capital value growth as the UK prior to 2007. The European score overall is likely to move side...
