European Equity Income manager uses bottom-up stockpicking method to boost performance, targeting companies with high and sustainable dividends
Invesco Perpetual fund manager Katharina Hoyland has been managing the £36.84m European Equity Income fund since its launch on 12 December 2007. The vehicle has delivered strong performance since then and is down 15.7% over one year compared to its peers in the IMA Europe Excluding UK sector. The sector average over the same period is down 24.7% according to Morningstar data at 2 February. By comparison, the sector average of which over the same period is down 23.1%.
