OMW advice business acquires third financial planning firm

Old Mutual Wealth Private Client Advisers has expanded its business with the acquisition of JW Financial Planning.

Based in Cheshire, JW Financial Planning launched in 2006 and has £100m in assets under advice. Under the terms of the acquisition, two advisers and two support staff will move across with the firm. OMW and Intrinsic to launch national advice business Old Mutual Wealth Private Client Advisers launched last year as a national advice business between Old Mutual Wealth and adviser network Intrinsic.
