T. Rowe Price launches frontier markets fund

T. Rowe Price has launched a new offshore frontier markets fund for manager Oliver Bell.

The Frontier Markets Equity Fund aims to tap into the long-term growth potential in the most under-developed markets, taking on existing rivals including Schroders and Investec Asset Management. Bell's fund will invest across the entire frontier investment universe, including countries outside the MSCI Frontier Markets index.
