Thames River Capital is set to close its Luxembourg domiciled £3m Multi-Select fund, run by multi-manager duo Garry Potter and Rob Burdett.
In an announcement to the stock exchange, the group said the fund's small size meant it had become uneconomical to run.
Money will be returned to shareholders when the fund closes on 21 December.
The portfolio, which launched in June 2008, is a sub-fund of Thames River Traditional Multi Funds PLC, listed on the Irish Stock Exchange.
A spokesperson for the group said Potter and Burdett will focus on growing assets across the nine onshore OEICs they continue to run.
