Gibbs steps down from Jupiter Financials fund range

Philip Gibbs is to step down as deputy manager of the Jupiter Financial Opportunities fund and manager of the Jupiter International Financials fund on 31 October.

Gibbs will be replaced as manager on the £59m International Financials fund by Robert Mumby, who will also take over as deputy manager of the Financial Opportunities fund. Mumby is lead manager of Jupiter's €39m Global Financials SICAV. Guy de Blonay remains lead manager on the £606m Financial Opportunities fund. De Blonay became co-manager of the fund on 1 June 2010 and was appointed lead manager on 1 January 2011.
