Hedge fund group Sabre to launch All Weather portfolio

Sabre Fund Management is to launch a Ucits III absolute return fund of equity funds, designed to deliver a target return of 10%-15% per annum.

The Sabre All Weather fund, domiciled in Luxembourg, allows retail investors to gain access to the same strategy Sabre Style Arbitrage fund, which has accrued around $500m since launch five years ago. The investment strategy is based on a quantitative methodology which identifies key themes in the equity market and tries to capitalise on whichever themes are dominant, such as growth or value strategies, for example.
