Tenants are having troubles - shopping centres in the main are facing difficulty and many now on turnover rents.
Business is not brisk other than for accountants-and the real truth is that the main players have reduced costs through staff and property reduction-
Growth is at the cost of employment- the dream that Government jobs will be taken up by the private sector is rubbish. Still if your in the market there will be loads of folk happy to off load to langlands pearse..
