Chikara bolsters Japanese equity team with ex-Ruffer manager as Japan Alpha fund closes

Chikara Investments has hired former Ruffer fund manager Theo Wyld as an analyst on the firm’s Japanese equity team.

Wyld joins portfolio manager Richard Aston and deputy portfolio manager and analyst Megumi Takayama, who ran both the Chikara Japan Income & Growth fund and the CC Japan Income & Growth trust.
