Framlington combined Isa product Framlington had come up with novel twist for the arrival of Isas on 6 April 1999. The group's plan was to combine an Isa with the use of CGT tapering relief. The HiSA was a 10 year investment plan for a single premium investment of £52,000 into the group's Managed Distribution fund. Each year a sum equivalent to annual Isa allowance would be rolled into an Isa wrapper, leaving the rest of the money to gain taper relief.
