It's that time of year again when many advisers are in the throes of sending out annual pension statements. You receive copies of statement for your clients, copy them and send them out to the relevant people with a covering letter suggesting a face-to-face meeting or asking them to get in touch. In my case, I got my statements direct from my pension provider at the beginning of March and then three weeks later I got a copy of the same statement, photocopied twice, with a letter from my adviser.
