Acuity Capital Management, formerly the UK smaller companies team of Electra Partners, is launching an inheritance tax service using Aim-traded equities. The Acuity Protected ITS service offers tax mitigation to investors whose estates are eligible for IHT liabilities upon their death. It will contain 25 to 30 Aim stocks qualifying for Business Property Relief (BPR), and will be managed by Acuity partner Judith MacKenzie After a holding period of two years, the whole portfolio should qualify for complete relief from IHT.
