There is more than one reason that this fund is one to watch. As well as being relatively small at £137m, property is finally back in vogue after many years of being ignored by the investment community. Memories of 2008 are finally dissipating.

Premier Pan European Property is one that we hold in high regard in the sector. The fund has already grown significantly in recent years, more than doubling in size over the past year, but we see it as one that could be a bestseller. It has five FE Crowns and, while Alex Ross is not an FE Alpha Manager, we hold him in high regard. The fund is also highly rated by the FE AFI panel of leading advisers, who include the fund in their Cautious, Balanced and Aggressive portfolio.
