Manager Rob Burnett cites aggressive stance on oil during 2005, industrials in 2006 and no bank holdings last year as reasons for success
European funds benefiting from emerging market growth and avoiding last year's financial sector blow-up make up the sector's best performers over three years to end January. Since 2005, Neptune European Opportunities has produced returns of 89.26%, making it the top-performing fund in the sector. JPMorgan Europe Dynamic was the second best with 76.54% followed by SVM Continental Europe fund with 72.57%.
