Interest in liquid alternatives has seen a sharp increase over the past year, according to the latest Investment Association survey.

The latest annual survey by the Investment Association has revealed interest in liquid alternatives is growing by around 40% a year as global volatility concerns continue to spook investors. Just under two thirds of EMEA respondents said they invest in alternative UCITS products, while more than three quarters of those currently investing plan to increase allocation over the next year.
