Stuart Dyer took over as chief executive of Cofunds in a move to refocus the group's management style. Dyer, previously chief operating officer at Cofunds, took over with immediate effect, and the group was in the process of recruiting a replacement. Former CEO Clive Boothman had left the group. Charles Eppinger, chief executive of Cofunds shareholder IFDS, also took over as Cofunds chairman, replacing Graham Pimlott.
