In the UK, at any one time, one in six working-age adults have symptoms associated with mental ill health.

Mental health has seen a dramatic rise in media share of voice in recent years, but in too many places a stigma remains - people are simply uncomfortable talking about their worries and stresses until they reach breaking point. This stigma is so great that it can inhibit the identification, and therefore treatment, of the physical manifestations of mental ill health.
