Janus Henderson Investors has red flagged 23 out of 59 strategies for their poor performance, but added that a majority of their UK authorised strategies are still delivering value to investors.
This came as more than 60% of the firm's strategies, or 37 out of 59, have either been red or amber flagged for their performance. According to its value assessment report, 27 out of 59 funds and trusts – or 45% – have been given an overall amber assessment, with Janus Henderson arguing that all have the "potential to provide greater value in the future".
