Over half (52%) of black employees in the financial services industry have said they do not have equal opportunities at work, according to a new survey from reboot. and Coleman Parks.

The Race to Equality: UK Financial Services report surveyed 800 employees from 440 UK financial services firms of various sizes and found serious problems of racism and discrimination within the industry.  Seventy-one per cent of black employees reported experiencing discrimination at their organisation, with the report partially attributing this to high levels of tolerance for discriminatory behaviour.
