Polar makes senior management changes and mulls launches

New head of marketing appointed

Polar Capital is making changes to senior management as part of the group's succession planning, as well as hiring a head of marketing.

Chief operating officer and finance director and John Mansell has been promoted to executive director and will work alongside chief executive Gavin Rochussen on Polar Capital's strategic development. Chief financial officer Samir Ayub has been promoted to finance director and head of operations Nick Farren has been promoted to chief operating officer, with all three moves being implemented in late July.
