FundsNetwork appoints new platform boss

Assumes role in January

Fidelity has appointed Jackie Boylan as head of FundsNetwork following the announcement of current boss Pat Shea's retirement in December.

Boylan joined the platform in May last year as head of advisory services, responsible for the management and development of the platform service, but will now replace the outgoing platform boss Pat Shea, who is retiring at the end of 2018 after six years in the role.  Before joining FundsNetwork, Boylan spent 22 years at BT Financial Group, which is part of Australian wealth management business Westpac Group, where she held a number of management positions.
