Update: RWC reveals new UK equity income fund will be first UK-domiciled UCITS

RWC Partners has announced the high conviction UK equity income fund it is launching for veterans Nick Purves and Ian Lance next month will be the group's first UCITS fund to be domiciled in the UK instead of Luxembourg.

RWC will be partnering with ACD Tutman to launch the funds, with Tutman providing responsibility for the oversight and administration of the fund. The decision to locate the fund - set up on the back of investor demand - in the UK comes after six months of extended discussions with UK clients who plan to be early investors. Dan Mannix, CEO, RWC Partners said given the fund will invest predominantly in UK equities and the vast majority of interest has come from UK investors, it will be domiciled in the UK.
