GCP launches open-ended UK infrastructure income fund

Gravis Capital Partners (GCP), manager of the £700m Infrastructure Investments trust, is offering its first open-ended fund to retail investors, aiming to deliver a regular income of 5% per annum.

The VT UK Infrastructure Income fund (UKIIF) will invest in a broad range of LSE-listed equities, funds (including other GCP vehicles), and bonds. As well as aiming for a dividend of 5% per annum, to be paid quarterly, the fund offers the potential for capital growth and protection from inflation. Sources of income will include electricity and water, solar, PFI/PPP, health and transport. Sample holdings feature Centrica, HICL Infrastructure and Thames Water among many others.
