Rosengarten to exit City Financial

Ed Rosengarten, head of UK asset management at City Financial, is to leave the firm.

The former M&G head of equities (pictured) is leaving to pursue other opportunities. His role will be taken over by City Financial chief executive Andrew Williams. Rosengarten joined City Financial in October 2012 when it bought the asset management arm of Eden Financial. He joined Eden in February 2011. Previously he spent 18 years at M&G, where he worked in a variety of roles including chief executive of equities. Williams and chairman Rob Hain said: "We thank Ed for his outstanding contribution to City Financial's success and wish him well for the future."
