Lipper fund research head Moisson joins Barings

Ed Moisson has joined Barings to bolster the firm's research capabilities following his exit from Lipper earlier this month.

Moisson (pictured) joins as a business development analyst, a newly created role. He will be tasked with identifying sales trends and providing general market analysis. He will report to David Stevenson, head of product and business development at the group. Moisson spent 14 years at Lipper, most recently as head of UK & cross-border research. "This new role has been created in recognition of the growing needs of the business as we continue to expand into new markets," said Stevenson.
