Philbin joins Hasley IM to run risk-rated portfolios

Former Architas multi-manager Richard Philbin has joined Hampshire-based asset manager Hasley Investment Management.

He joins as a partner in the business, based in its Hertforshire office. Philbin (pictured) takes on the management of the Elite Hasley Multi-Strategy portfolio, formerly managed by Roderick Collins, who has now left the firm. Hasley intends to roll out three funds for Philbin in the autumn, which together with the Elite fund, will form a suite of risk-rated portfolios. Meanwhile Alastair George has also joined the firm to run the Best Ideas and Diversifier funds previously managed by Collins.
