John Spiers has returned to Bestinvest as chief executive. He founded Bestinvest in 1986 and was CEO until December 2006, before the firm was acquired by funds managed by 3i last summer. Spiers said: “I am delighted to return to the fold after a break from day-to-day involvement and look forward to working with such an enthusiastic and commitment management team and staff.
