Hartford Life has made changes to its UK sales force following the departure of UK managing director John Enos. Michael Rudge has been made interim managing director of marketing and distribution in the UK. Andy Marks, managing director of sales, will take on the additional responsibility of sales operations. Both Rudge and Marks will report to CEO Michael Kalen. Enos is leaving the Hartford to pursue other opportunities after four years with the group. Rudge will handle marketing, distribution development and overall administration in the UK until a replacement for Enos is appointed.
