The editor of a share tipping website Tom Winnifrith is to launch and manage a small-cap fund for a recently-established investment management company owned by Riverton Street Holdings. Winifrith is the editor of www.t1ps.com and is going to be lead manager on the SF t1ps Smaller Companies Growth fund, the first fund from t1ps Investment Management.
