Calls to action on gender diversity in investment management

Working to close the gender gap has become a priority for many corporates, and in particular asset management firms in recent years.

A number of papers have been published on this issue, but the latest from the CFA Institute Research Foundation, entitled Gender Diversity in Investment Management, is based on the largest survey of investment management professionals to date. Importantly, it offers some key calls to action to help firms make vital improvements in this area.
